Problem Description Frequent rockfalls and vehicle impacts have resulted in damage to the existing pinned and draped mesh systems along the east side of OR99E in the following sections: MP 12.62 – 12.87 and 13.15 – 13.36. Repair of the mesh is required to reduce the risk of rocks falling from the slopes and impacting the highway. Project Delivery Approach This project will be developed as a design-bid-build project and procured through Commission Services contracting. It is anticipated that all design work will be conducted by Agency staff.
