 Phase 1: The field (plus pathway) can be used for soccer, football, ultimate Frisbee, etc in summer time (June to October).  Phase 2: The ice rink can be used for batting cage, tennis, outdoor basketball, etc in summer time.  Phase 2 might start with Phase 1. We will need to explore how to provide lighting and water.  Development budget: Phase 1 $110,000 + Phase 2 $50,000  Approved Grants: $55,000  Further grants goal for Phase 2: $25,000  Donations Goal: Phase 1 $55,000 + Phase 2 $25,000  Rental Goal: $2,000+/month Operating Cost Est.: $1000/month
