must write. Please take the time to write!

 Please drop your letter in the basket at the entrance or

bring your letter to the Blue Valley North main office no later than April 20.

  • Seniors arrive at 9:15 a.m. for donuts in the aux gym.
  • Parents arrive at 9:45 a.m. and report to main gym.
  • Program begins promptly at 10 a.m. in the main gym.
  • Parents and siblings are welcome. Siblings may sign up

to receive a ticket from Ms. Miller in Student Services.

Graduation begins at 7:00 p.m.

  • Students (not parents) will meet at BVN at 4:30 p.m.
  • Buses will transport students to Municipal Auditorium.
  • Wear appropriate attire under gown – no jeans or shorts,

sandals, tennis shoes, or baseball caps. Dark shoes are preferred for men. No corsages or jewelry on gown.

  • Wear cap flat on the head with the front point at the center
  • f the forehead. Wear tassel on right. Put names on the

inside of the cap.

  • Plan to

pay for parking— range is $6- $12 for 3 hours.

  • Doors will be
  • pen when

you arrive. BVSW ceremony is at 4:00. If you arrive too early, BVSW ceremony may still be taking place and programs for BVN ceremony will not be out yet.

  • Graduates will enter

the Arena through the Northwest entrance between sections 8 and 9.

  • Stage is located at the

south end. Students cross west to east.

  • Handicap Accessible

seating for guests on the Loge level.

  • Parents may take photos and/or film the ceremony from

their seats.

  • GradImages will photograph your student as they cross

the stage. If you pre-register, you will receive e-mail proofs with no obligation to purchase.

  • Harvest Communications will create a professional

DVD of the Commencement Ceremony which can be

  • purchased. Order info coming soon.

  • Graduates will return to the lower level of Municipal

Auditorium to pick up their diploma and grab their belongings for Project Graduation.

  • If your student is not attending Project Grad, you must

provide their transportation home.

  • Graduates will then return to main level for photo
  • pportunities with family/friends. A bit of advice: take

pictures before the ceremony or at Class Day

  • Graduates will change quickly in restrooms,

parents/family collect your student’s belongings and then students will board bus to Project Graduation. Buses will be on Central Street west of Municipal.
