Launch a boat in a tub of water and place weights in the boat. Ensure that your boat is still seaworthy (i.e. not sinking).

The Problem Contraints

Width of the boat must be less than 14 in. We can only use: 1. One piece of 15x18 inch section of 3/16” foam board 2. One 3 ft. length of 2” wide duct tape No other materials are allowed.
