  3. Discussion  In 2018 100% construction drawings  City received first bids for the project in May of 2018  All bids rejected due to high construction cost

  4. Discussion  Value Engineering occurred to reduce cost  A revised project plan set was released for a re-bid in November, 2018

  5. Value Engineering  Complete removal of electrical, stairway, pervious paver crosswalks and sitting area at Recreation Trail  The Parking Lot Slurry Seal to be completed later with the annual project  City to complete the irrigation system, and plantings  Rock wall seating has been replaced with concrete seating walls

  6. Rendering Changes
