  • Quickest practical route to TLRN
  • Closure of Varndell Street will enable CSJV to

safely control construction vehicles.

  • Access to-from Hampstead Road will be for HS2

vehicles only. Emergency services will be notified and permitted to use this route at all times.

  • Agreed Traffic Management will be in place to

control pedestrian routes and specific crossing points.

  • Double-yellow lines will be installed on

Harrington Street and Varndell Street to ensure that a safe 2-way traffic solution can remain in

  • peration at all times.

LGV Movements

  • Lorry routes required between July 2018 and December 2019
  • Average movements = 39 per day (3.9 per hour based on a 10 hour day)
  • Predicted peak movement value = 70 per day (7 per hour based on a 10 hour day)
  • Peak movement value – 1>3 months.

  • Above figures factor in efforts to re-use materials on site
  • Calculated that re-use of materials will be equivalent to 1,429 no. 18 tonne wagons
  • Equivalent to a saving of 2,858 vehicle movements.

Other Considerations

  • Refuse collection will be discussed with Camden to ensure that all refuse can be collected

throughout the presence of our works.

  • Step-free access will be maintained on footpaths.
  • Maria Fidellis School have had regular liaison and ad hoc engagement regarding ongoing surveys

and monitoring. Last engagement 15/05/2018 ad 23/05/2018.

  • Regents Park Children’s centre engagement took place on 12th June 2018
  • Netley School engagement took place 19th June 2018.
  • Further engagement scheduled with emergency eervices including LAS/LFB, Met Police and BTP

regarding the wider TM Plan around Euston which is planned to commence from October 2018.
