  15. Stormwater Runoff and Water Quality • Policies protective of water quality • Technical regulations ie sizing to treat the 85 th percentile of the 24-hour storm remain in NPDES permit 15

  16. Parking Program PRA-10 The City may decide to meter current public • parking spaces in appropriate places in order to establish a dedicated funding source to improve and enhance coastal access and restoration of degraded habitat. 16
