First United American currently offers two great software programs to make Med-Supp sales easier: the Laptop Sales Presentation and the eApp. Both the Laptop Sales Presentation and the eApp can be used together to create a dynamic sales presentation. Let’s go over how to get started.

Before You Begin

System Requirements Make sure your laptop meets these minimum requirements before you begin installing the Laptop Sales Presentation, or the eApp: CPU: 1.6 GHz Pentium RAM: 1-2 GB Operating System: Windows XP or newer 40 GB Hard Drive (2MB required)

What is it? The Laptop Sales Presentation features Company-approved videos that detail product features and

particular product without forgetting anything. Videos also build the need for a particular product. The eApp

What is it? The eApp, or electronic application, is an application that is completed electronically on a computer. The electronic application is a relatively new innovation in the insurance field, and First United American has developed one that’s quick and convenient for their Agents. The eApp has applications for: ProCare Medicare Supplement Individual

• Plans A, B, C, D, F, F+, G, K, L, N

Additional applications for other products and required forms may also be included. The eApp is much more convenient than paper applications. The most beneficial advantage is that the system won’t allow you to miss answering a question. Since the eApp is electronic, it’s also easier and faster to send the application to Home Office. Other benefits of the eApp include: Quick, accurate rate quote—rates are programmed in the system Saves you and the applicant time because it’s electronic Reduces use of paper Bank routing numbers are verified using an electronic bank verification feature The application is easy to go through and, since the applicant is sitting there with you, it’s fast too
