- Announced in April 2019, this mixed-used development is a partnership between Perfect
Game, the City of Hutto, Sports Facility Advisors, and Legacy Development
- It will feature 24 turf baseball fields, along with multi-purpose fields, office, commercial
and residential space, medical and physical therapy services, convention center/hotel, and
- ther recreational opportunities
- Represents a billion-dollar investment within the city and is projected to bring more than
700,000 visitors to Hutto each year
- Development schedule predicts construction beginning mid 2020 and concluding 2021

- The company will be relocating its Austin logistics and storage operations to
Innovation Business Park in Hutto (announced Feb. 2020)
- It will occupy an approximately 150,000 square foot space in the business park
- The company plans to relocate about 40 full-time employees and intends to
hire a dozen new positions over its first five years
