Early College High School program to begin in the 2018-2019 school year. This program is designed to provide students the opportunity to receive a high school diploma and an associate degree, by taking a mixture of high school and college classes in partnership with Brookdale.

What is the Husky Early College Academy at Matawan Regional High School ?

➔ The Husky Early College Academy at Matawan Regional High School (HECA@MRHS) is intended to give academically prepared students the

  • pportunity to earn an Associate of Social Science degree from Brookdale

Community College while also achieving their high school diploma. ➔ The HECA@MRHS is structured as a four year cohort allowing enrolled students to satisfy high school graduation requirements and Brookdale’s college-level courses in fulfillment of the Associate degree requirements.
