  • f the Aegean Refinery project (ARP) is to build

a new oil refining facility to be located within PETKIM land at Aliağa, close to Izmir, Turkey. The Refinery will process mainly medium gravity and sour/sweet grade crude oils from different sources via new deep sea port harbor facilities. The Refinery will provide naphtha feedstock to PETKIM and it is planned to be integrated with the existing PETKIM Petrochemical Complex and future expansions of such facilities as well as produce Jet Fuel and Euro V grade diesel for domestic market.

  • GES developed:
  • More than 2000 HMI displays;
  • More than 60 ESD & F&G controllers;
  • More than 50 C300 controllers;
  • The design for more than 500 cabinets:
  • FAT took place in Turkey – more than 20 engineers involved.
