2016 Additions and Alterations Phase 2 Project Status/Schedule Update
Manor Intermediate
- Rooms 303 and 305 have been
completed and turned over to the District.
- Construction in the Music Room has
begun. Transportation Building
- Concrete for the Mezzanine has
been poured.
- Overhead plumbing, ductwork and
electrical conduit are ongoing.
- Masonry block work is ongoing.
Senior High School
- The Display Cases have been installed in the
Lobby.
- Wall tile and floor tile have been installed in
the Kitchen and Cafeteria.
- Ceiling grid is installed throughout the
Cafeteria and Kitchen and ceiling tile is being dropped.
- The Cougar Mural has been installed in the
stairwell adjacent to the Cafeteria.
- Demolition has begun in the Robotics Lab.
- Demo of B&G has begun.

Lima Intermediate
- The Main Office has undergone
demolition, framing has begun and MEP rough-ins are ongoing.
- Rooms 107, 108, 109 and 110 have
been abated and new flooring is going in. Middle School
- The building has been switched over to the
new Day Automation platform.

Manor Intermediate
- Heavy demo will continue in the
Music Room. Senior High School
- The Cafeteria will be turned over to the
District.
- Construction will continue in the Kitchen
Area.
- The Faculty Lounge will be completed
and turned over to the District.
- Construction in the Robotics Lab will
continue.
- Parking lot work and concrete sidewalks
will continue. Lima Elementary
- Construction in the Main Office will
continue. Transportation Building
- Masonry work, drywall, floor leveling
and MEP rough-ins will all continue.
