2016 Additions and Alterations Phase 2 Project Status/Schedule Update

Manor Intermediate

• Concrete risers in the Music Room have

been poured.

• MEP finishes are complete, and

casework has been installed in the Music Room.

• The serving line in the Kitchen has been
• removed. The bearing wall separating the

Kitchen from the Cafeteria has been temporarily shored and the opening for the new overhead door has been demo’d. Senior High School

• Lobby benches have been installed.
• The sliding glass door dividing the Kitchen

and Cafeteria has been installed.

• Start-up’s and training for the Food Service

equipment are complete.

• In the Robotics Lab, the casework and

countertops have been installed.

• In the IT Suite, MEP rough-in’s are complete

and framing is underway.

• At the Main Entrance, the concrete sidewalks

are nearly complete, the parking lot has received base, binder, and top. The Cougar wall has been painted and the illuminated sign has been installed.

Lima Intermediate

• The casework for the Main

Office has been fabricated and

• delivered. The installation is

underway.

• Framing in Classroom 105, the

Discovery Lab, and the Nurses Suite is underway.

• The elevator has been inspected

and is fully operational. Transportation Building

• In the last phase, the structural steel has

been erected, the MEP rough-in’s are

• ngoing, the walls have been framed, and

the gyp. board is being installed.

• The new doors and hardware are being

installed throughout.

• The new overhead door in the key shop

has been installed.

2016 Additions and Alterations Phase 2 What to expect in the upcoming Month

Manor Intermediate

• Music Room will be complete and

turned over to the District.

• The new serving line will be installed

in the Kitchen and the connections for the MEP’s will be made.

• The Structural steel and overhead

door for the new opening between the Kitchen and Cafeteria will be installed.

• Wall and floor tile will be installed

where needed in the Cafeteria. Transportation Building

• In the last phase, the walls will be

finished and painted, the floor will be mitigated and leveled, and new VCT will be installed. MEP finishes will be ongoing.

• Casework will be delivered and installed

throughout.

• Door and hardware installation will

continue throughout.

Senior High School

• The fabrication of the movable furniture

for the Robotics lab will be ongoing.

• Doors and hardware will be installed

throughout.

• Framing will be completed in the IT

Suite, the walls will be boarded, casework will be fabricated, and MEP finishes will be ongoing.

• Parking lot will be striped, and the

remainder of the concrete sidewalks will be poured.

• Demo will begin in Central Kitchen.

Lima Elementary

• Casework for the Main Office will be

installed.

• The floors in Classroom 105, the

Discovery, and the Nurses Suite will be leveled, the walls will be finished, and MEP finishes will be ongoing.

• The fabrication of the new transaction

window in the Main Office will be ongoing.
