2016 Additions and Alterations Phase 2 Project Status/Schedule Update

Manor Intermediate (Rooms 207, 209, 211 and 213)

  • Temporary wall has been installed.
  • The plumbing fixtures have been

disconnected and removed.

  • Demolition and abatement are

complete. Transportation Building

  • Bearing plates for structural steel

have been installed.

  • Structural steel has been ordered.

. Senior High School

  • Excavation along with foundation work for the

Main Entrance is underway.

  • Abatement and Demo of the Art Room and

New Nurses Office started over Christmas Break and continues. Papermill Storage

  • The concrete flooring inside of the South

Storage Building has been installed.

2016 Additions and Alterations Phase 2 What to expect in the upcoming Month

Manor Intermediate (Room 207, 209, 211 and 213)

  • Construction in Manor will continue

with the installation of case work, wire molding, flooring, paint and finishes. Transportation Building

  • Structural steel is to be delivered and

installation is to begin. Senior High School

  • Foundation work for the Main Entrance

is scheduled to be completed by mid

  • January. Once complete the building pad

will be backfilled with stone and compacted.

  • Construction in the Art Room and New

Nurses Office will continue throughout the month of January.
