KPI Baseline Data Findings 2016-17

  • In 2016-17, 75.6% of students

enrolled in Math 1 earned a grade

  • f C or better.
  • White students outperformed Black

students by 22 percentage points and Hispanic students by 19 percentage points.

  • Female students had higher rates
  • f obtaining a C or better than

male students.

  • Hispanic and White English

Learners (EL) underperformed when compared to their Non-EL peers, particularly male EL students.

  • The gaps between Students with

Disabilities (SWD) and their non- disabled peers for all race- ethnicities ranged from 24 to 30 percentage points.
