CRITERIA FOR BEING A PARTNER

• Are a principal recipient of NON

implementing donors (CHF Included)

• Have a proposal in the CAP
• Have an elected VC or are represented in

the SAG or the CRC

• Have implemented food security projects

in the last 12 months for a minimal value

• f not less than 250,000 USD

PRIVILEGES

• To be consulted in order to undertake robust

analysis for CHF, contingency planning, technical issues etc

• Ability to apply to the CAP/ERF and CHF
• Can vote for FSC positions and/or be

nominated for leadership positions - VC/SAG and CRC

• Invited for FSC meetings and training

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend monthly meetings to discuss response gaps

and identify ways by which gaps at the district level can be addressed

• Participate in seasonal assessments lead by FSNAU
• Actively participate in ad-hoc FSC contingency

planning meetings for localised emergencies

• Assist the cluster secretariat, in cooperation with

the SAG define the FSC’s seasonal response strategy

• Ensure that their agencies are represented at

monthly regional cluster meetings where they are

• perational
