- Pickup product, count and verify order.
- Transport and store product properly to protect from melting.
- Distribute product to girls - Always get a signed receipt from
parents!

Financial Guidelines

FORMS
The Parent Agreement form protects the troop from financial
- liability. Do not give sales materials or product to a parent
who has not given you a signed form!
RECEIPTS
Always get a receipt when distributing product or accepting
- money. This tracks financial responsibility.
DEADLINES
Troops are responsible for reporting any parents with Product Theft to the council by December 4.
Reporting Product Theft
Go to www.girlscoutcsa.org > Cookies+ > Fall Product Program > Forms > Product Theft Form by December 4 Product Theft Form requires:
- Signed Parent Agreement form
- All signed receipts for product the parent received
- All signed receipts for money the parent paid
- Copies of any communications with the parent (email, texts, social
media, time/date of phone calls or voicemails)
- Amount of money still due

Important Deadlines

- Troops must verify that all orders have been input: October 14–16
- Online Direct Ship and Magazines only: October 14–October 30
- Complete all reward selections: October 31
- Product will be delivered to service units to distribute to troops: 1st
