Financial Guidelines

FORMS

The Parent Agreement form protects the troop from financial

  • liability. Do not give sales materials or product to a parent

who has not given you a signed form!

RECEIPTS

Always get a receipt when distributing product or accepting

  • money. This tracks financial responsibility.

DEADLINES

Troops are responsible for reporting any parents with Product Theft to the council by December 4.

Reporting Product Theft

Go to www.girlscoutcsa.org > Cookies+ > Fall Product Program > Forms > Product Theft Form by December 4 Product Theft Form requires:

  • Signed Parent Agreement form
  • All signed receipts for product the parent received
  • All signed receipts for money the parent paid
  • Copies of any communications with the parent (email, texts, social

media, time/date of phone calls or voicemails)

  • Amount of money still due

Important Deadlines
