Full-Day Rationale:

East Penn School District is committed to the complete education of each child in our trust. We view time as an indispensable and dynamic investment in the invigoration of the kindergarten experience. Therefore, we will extend a responsive full-day kindergarten program to all children of the East Penn School District.
