  1. Good Morning Ladies & Gentlemen Thank you all for giving me this opportunity of Presenting the FLY CARS Project personally. Firstly, I want to make sure you that I am not a technical person. The entire notes I had prepared based on ‘End user Imagination’ only. From time to time my friends, Professors in Engineering Colleges encouraged & tendered their personal opinions while drafting this abstract at different stages at different times at different levels and contacts. 1. A great saying: Three (3) stupid stages in LIFE. Teenage - have TIME & ENERGY but no MONEY. Working Age - have MONEY & ENERGY but no TIME Old Age - have TIME & MONEY but no ENERGY. ---- and most of the population on the earth is in the Working age I f we can show t he way t o save t heir t ime, at least t heir ' J ourney Time' (save f rom Traf f ic J am and f at igue), it will be f ant ast ic, and our Business will be a successf ul proposit ion, in t he world. Traffic Jam is a common problem in almost all the Cities in the World. FLY CARS Proj ect will be one of t he answers f or Traf f ic J ams. Wit h t his Proj ect , Fossil Fuels (Pet rol, Diesel, et c) consumpt ion will be drast ically minimized. A lot of t ime will be saved f or commut ers. I n Cit ies like Chennai, Bangalore t he Met ro Railway Syst em is doing very good service in cat ering t he Public Transport . Escalat ors, Elevat ors, Vert ical Passenger Lif t s, et c are in t he service of Public t o t ake t hem up, high places like Met ro Railway St at ions, dif f erent f loors of t he Buildings. Need : - From Met ro Railway St at ions t o t heir Colonies, places of Residence/ Business, people have t o walk f or 2 t o 3 kms. or depend on ot her means of t ransport at ion like 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, Buses, et c. I t is creat ing Traf f ic J ams and heavy consumpt ion of Fossil Fuels (Pet rol, Diesel, et c). To t ake t he public f rom Met ro Railway St at ion t o t heir Colonies, t he FLY CAR Proj ect is designed. I n t his syst em, t he Tower Crane Mast and J ib is used. Vert ical Lif t s are used f or t aking t he load up and t ransf er t o Tower Crane J ib. Roller Coast er Technology is used f or horizont al t o & f ro movement of 20 seat er Crucible. (1.5 Ton weight , appx)

Their individual invest ment will be very low. We use only "Building Top" area f or landing / boarding Public and come down t hrough ext ernal Lif t s. They can get f ixed (nominal) income on t heir invest ment and variable income on t he t raf f ic, t hat part icular Pick-up Cent re handling due t o it s locat ion. 3. This (t ot ally sof t ware operat ed) Fly Car Proj ect can do 24 hours service, cargo handling during night t ime, veget ables / cargo f rom out skirt s of Cit y t o apart ment "collect ion Cent ers" so t hat Public can get at t heir door st ep in t he morning. We do NOT need a part icular place f or Tower Crane Mast . Wit h t he surrounding Met al Pillars of a Building / apart ment , we can arrange t he J I B rot at ing mechanism on t he Building Top. Tower Crane Mast s can be inst alled on t he Traf f ic I slands like “Ef f il” Towers design. 5. Wit h t his Proj ect sat ellit e t own ships can be ext ended in t he nearby dist rict s of t he Cit y, because j ourney t ime / problem is t ot ally solved. We can st art personalized services wit h advance j ourney reser vat ion, e-t icket ing, result ing in usage of t wo wheelers / t hree wheelers / f our wheelers and Public t ransport can be drast ically minimized. 6. You are already having 99 % of required skilled men, mat erial, f inance, Technology (successf ul), et c. Now t he only t hing is required is t he willingness t o adopt new concept in R & D Team. Why Traf f ic J am Occurs? Roads are designed t o handle cert ain level of t raf f ic – Vehicular / Human. I n due course, t here will be increase in users, vehicles, and t iming (People want t o use t he roads at t he same t ime in t heir hurry.), et c. I n t his proj ect we use t he Buildings / Apart ment s “Building Top” as our landing / boarding place. Hence, we can reduce t he congest on t he roads. Every Building whet her it is 2 f loors, 5 f loors or 10 f loors will have a Building Top which is lying idle.

Ex:-A separat e sect ion can be est ablished in TUDA (Tirupat i Urban Development Aut horit y) f or screening t he applicat ions bef ore grant ing necessary permission. Legal – KEVET I n f ut ure any individual can go t o Court , saying, “st op” t he slicing in t he air (Say at 100 f t height ) above his propert y. To f ace t his t ype of hazards we have t o t ake care in advance, by t aking necessary legal help f rom a leading Supreme Court Lawyer, as our Consult ant / I I T Mumbai, ecel, https:/ / www. lawkonect.com / . We have no need t o pay money in advance, rat her if he accept s, we can of f er him wit h Business Part nership. This will give good result s. Human t endency We are accust omed easily t o our surroundings / circumst ances and sust ain ourselves. We can st art personalized Ser vices like crucibles wit h I nt ernet f acilit y, Rest aurant s, et c on wit h t rolleys on Met ro Rails f or longer dist ances t ravels. Daily commut ers. We can organize special t rips f or marriages, corporat e schools, corporat e of f ices, I t is very ver y dif f icult t o inst all, operat e and successf ully execut e t he f irst Fly Car Mast . I t will be a lit t le dif f icult f or t he f irst 5% Fly Cars. But af t er successf ul complet ion / operat ion of t he Fly Cars, we have t o gear-up ourselves t o cope up t he demand worldwide. Commut ers will get f resh air f or moment s in Fly cars No need inst all in t he congest ed areas like Bus St and, Railway St at ions, in t he init ial st ages, wit h high cost , high risk and wit h great dif f icult y f or get t ing permissions, et c. We can st art wit h sat ellit e t own ships, posh colonies and equip ourselves in all respect s like f inancial bargain, et c. Work t o be done Advert isement in TV – af t er making Virt ual animat ion / graphics, prot o t ype model, et c and regist rat ion wit h concerned quart ers f or execut ion under PPP. A Commut er will receive t he message in his mobile: Congrat ulat ions – you have saved 30 lit ers Pet rol / 25 Lit ers Diesel / saved a lot or your personal t ime by using t he Fly Cars in t he last week f or your t ravel / t ransport at ion / movement as per Google Map dist ances Power Generat ion I do not f orget t he great saying, & basic principle in Physical Sciences, saying t hat “we cannot creat e or dest roy energy; we can only t ransf orm t he energy f rom one f orm t o ot her and reap benef it s.   4. And we get 950 wat t as out put - st ill it is very usef ul because it saves a lot of t imes t o commut ers. But in a good & correct Business, we invest Rs.1000/ - and can reap more money t han Rs.1000/ - Here, t he basic law is dif f er ent (economics). I n share market , 10 people loss @ Rs.10/ - each and one person get Rs.100/ - prof it . Ticket ing Thumb impression – Adar Car No. – Mobile No. Technical Description / DESIGN I want to clarify, that it is not a new Technology Development. It is only "INTEGRATION" of latest available Technologies / Designs in Tower Cranes, Vertical Lifts, Roller Coasters, Rope Ways, etc. At present In Tower Cranes, Counter weight is used, to hold the JIB and also to lift the Load at JIB tip end. Instead, we use JIB in Diameter, i.e., on two sides of the Mast. Whereas, in our project, there is no need to lift the load. Load is already taken up by the Lifts to Building Building Top. The work of TowerCrane is only to pick up that load for horizontal movement from its JIB tip end to its Mast near, rotate and again move the load back to the other end (tip) at some other Location. While transferring the load on Building Top from Lift Platform to Tower Crane JIP tip end, the JIB should be locked to the Pick-up Center on the Building top, and become a foot over Bridge, for safety. The work of the Designer is, to connect tower Crane JIB Tip and Lift Platform on Building Top in the Pick Up Centre for movement of Passenger loaded Trolley / Crucible. It is just like Load moving on rails from one point to other. ---------------- The above design shows those two numbers of loads moving in (to near Tower Crane Mast from JIB Tip end) and other two numbers of loads moving out.
