  7. Reinforcement in place

  8. The steel reinforced concrete needs 2 months “curing” time

  9. Contractors and some Drumlin directors inspect the site

  10. The nacelle (the “box” at the top for the electricity generator ) and other parts ready on site

  11. The tower sections and blades ready on site

  12. Ready to put it all together

  13. 2 cranes are needed When everything is ready it may only take 1 or2 days to erect the turbine

  14. Ballyrobert turbine completed

  15. The turbines are sited on working farms

  16. What next? Grid connection to supply electricity to homes, businesses and industry Ongoing maintenance programme and management by the Drumlin Board of Directors
