We are a group of companies formed by difgerent related societies which are focused on lifting and accessibility activities. We develop activities connected with Building, Refurbishment, Manufacturing and Installations of both lifting products as support metallic structures for lifts and their Refurbishment and Maintenance.

Our company was set uo in 1923 by Mr. Guillermo Fabian Fisher, with German nationality living in Spain. It was set up with the name and denomination Guillermo Fabian S.L., whose address is C/ Baños de Montemayor 5, Madrid. We have more than 80-year experience in the Lifting Sector in all its areas: Design, Manufacturing, RI, Maintenance, Refurbishment and all types of Lifting products (Lifts, accessibility lifts, Stairlifts, Hospital lifts, weightlift, car lifts, etc. bot for people and loads.

After almost a century of experience and professionality in the domestic market in lift Manufacturing, Assembly, Maintenance and Refurbishment around Madrid; Ascensores Excelsior

  • rientates the sales expansion towards fundamental areas: Building Refurbishment and Export.

For this purpose, it counts with two clearly prepared departments to assume new challenges and qualifjed stafg to the direct introduction in the international market. The Refurbishment Department is built up by three specifjc working areas: Administration, Sales and Building. This department is built up by workers in difgerent sections, from whom a structure depends with more than 100 current works and 50 works are about to be started. Their function is not only to provide complete solutions for the existing lift installations, but also to refurbish and improve the existing installations in the state and private sector. The technical department has architects and surveyors who develop, design and manage the projects to get to install the lifts in places where there are not any of them. The installation of specifjc installations of lifts in buildings which are considered patrimony is

  • ne of the main activities the Refurbishment Department runs. These buildings require a detailed

and sophisticated design to have harmony between the installation and the building. The Refurbishment Department is in charge of the manufacturing of external support structures that enable the incorporation of the lift in the buildings to get the possible installation. These structures are manufactured in our own factory in Yeles, Toledo.

EXPORT DEPARTMENT:

Our webpage is available in three languages (Spanish, English and French). We are constantly working with our partners in difgerent countries to create a strong presence on the brand Excelsior in its respective markets. Our added value is manufacturing all our products at the factory. It allows us to ofger our products wherever, following the rules and specifjc guidelines of each country. We adapt to their rule and we manufacture each product depending on the current needs. Our fjnal objective is based on the client´s satisfaction, as well as doing business with each partner with whom we collaborate. Finally, we ofger a rewarding deal with each person who uses all our services in Ascensores Excelsior.

  • 6. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Our products and services are based on a technical and professional solvency. They are designed to generate, throughout our values fulfjlment, a sustainable and long-term relationship that addresses our clients´ satisfaction. Our products cover a wide range of lifting items, where highlighted:

  • Standard lifts, dumbwaiters, stairlifts, lifting platforms, car lifts, etc.

The company Ascensores Excelsior is highly committed with quality and excellence. For this reason it has had the international standard ISO 9001 since 1998, with all the inspections passed. This mentioned quality system follows the established guidelines by the European Guidelines related to Lifts 2014/33/UE, from which quality certifjcations were obtained related to module E annex VI (ensuring the quality in the fjnal control of elements such as safety gear, overspeed limits and doors lockings) and the Annex XI module H1 (assurance of quality applied for design, manufacturing, assembly, installation, fjnal control and lift tests). This certifjcations are processed by the entity OCA Cert. Moreover, the quality system covers the established guidelines by European Guidelines related to machines 2006/42/CE where the certifjcation of the annex X was obtained. (Ensuring the total quality for vertical platforms). Certifjcation processed by Lloyd´s Register. The same valid system for the following of the UE Regulation 305/2011 which establishes the harmonised conditions for the commercialization of products of construction, particularly in the case of manufacturing of structures and self-supporting ladders. Certifjcation processed by OCA Cert.
