Main information

The main goal of our company is to serve the customers needs to achieve easy cooperation and compliance of equipment with obligatory industrial safety requirements on the territory of the Russian Federation and the Eurasian Economic Union. We can provide services and project support during whole projects phases. This unique service help our clients to save significant amount of costs by improving cost efficiency with certification, quality requirements, also with subsuppliers, and optimization of quality system. NORDEXPERT was set up in 2009 as an expert organization by group of specialists in the field

• f industrial safety to carry out a new vision of the working process, to make it easier, quicker and,

as a result cheaper for the customers. From the beginning our specialization was carrying out expert examination of equipment for gas, petrochemical, power, pulp and paper, oil-refining and other industries in order to obtain Rostechnadzor Permission for use as well as GOST R certificate of conformity. We are always using newest revisions of all related standards and regulations.

Whole project supervision includes support of several project phases from the very beginning till the acceptance by the final client. We propose flexible approach, development of steps for a specific project and their implementation by our professional team. Whole project supervision and QA/QC services (turnkey project)

Certification testing of equipment The accredited Testing Laboratory was opened in 2014. Unique in its field of accreditation. Qualified personnel with experience in the gas, petrochemical, pulp and paper, energy and other industries; the presence of verified testing equipment and special vehicles allows us to carry out certification tests as quickly and comfortably as possible for the customer. Two of our main advantages are qualification and mobility. Today we can provide all the necessary services to confirm the conformity of the equipment according to CU TR and GOST requirements on the territory of the EAEU. We work all over the world to successfully pass the confirmation of equipment compliance and commissioning.

Non destructive examination The rules of the Eurasian Economic Union have strict requirements to the volume

• f non-destructive testing and the quality of welding joints. Without properly

conducted non-destructive testing, it is impossible to fulfill the requirements of the standards, and as a result, receive a CU TR 032/2013 Certificate / Declaration and use equipment on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. Our laboratory is certified. All specialists are qualified and have all necessary certificates. Our laboratory can perform the control of welded joints by the ultrasonic method and stiloscopic examination, as well as visual and measuring control, including the measurement of ovality, which is very important for the correct technical passport making.
