Lead Tech is an Engineering Company skilled in providing Technical Support for the Design and Development of Technical Publications, Management Software and Industrial Automation Systems for both the Military and Civil fields in the Aerospace, Railway, Naval, and Industrial sectors. Our services fall within the Integrated Logistic Support and include the study, design and planning of activities necessary to ensure the Effective, Efficient and Competitive-cost Support of systems/machineries during its life cycle. We believe that the Partnership is the key factor for every Company and is the starting point for new projects, new challenges, new opportunities. We develop all activities related to the Integrated Logistic Support such as Design and Production of Technical Publications, Maintenance Planning, Drawings and Training.

SOFTWARE

We develop all activities related to the Design and Development of Company Management Software, Tech Pubs Management and System Maintenance Management.

SERVICES

We provides all Support Services such as Printing, Multi- Language Translations and Data Entry.

INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION

We develop all activities related to the Design and Prototyping of Data System Acquisition and Control for both the Hardware and Software/Firmware components.

Engineering – Technical Publications

The Technical Publications are developed with the aim of providing clear and complete information to the end-user and can be realized both in the paper and interactive and multimedia format (pdf, html and xml). The Technical Publications can be designed and developed in accordance with the national and international Standards (ATA, MIL, AER, AECMA etc.) or according to the Customer Specifications. Lead Tech also carries out studies aimed at defining maintenance, reliability, maintainability and testability to identify the tools, and equipment, as well as planning the maintenance activities and defining the required spare parts.  User and Maintenance Manuals  Operating Manuals  Illustrated Parts Catalogs  Technical Files  Tutorials, and On-line Guides Training

Engineering - Training

To support the Customer, Lead Tech also

designs and develops multi – Language documentation for the Computer Based Training and Web Based Training.

Our team supports the Customer in the Online Training by developing E-Learning tools for distributing the training documentation and training via web.

The LMS-RFID System takes care of the marking and tracing of components and Aircraft Systems using UHF passive RFID tag according to the standard ATA Spec 2000 Ch 9 and the standards of the main Manufacturers. The LAM – Lead Azienda Management System takes care of the Company administrative and operational management with a focus on job management, human resources and Company documentation

Management in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and EN 9100:2009 Standards. The LMS - Lead Management System takes care of the production, management and editing of Technical Publications in accordance with the S1000D Standard. The LMS Viewer, for Technical Publications WEB viewing, and the LMS Maintenance/Palm, for Maintenance Management, are connected to the LMS.

Software – Management Systems

Lead Tech designs and develops simple and user-friendly Management Systems software, to

The industrial Automation System Dept, was born to develops the System Acquisition Data connected to the LMS-Maintenance System for the Predictive Maintenance management. Its target has then been extended to the design and development of prototypes of Electronic Control System components in the Aerospace, Automotive and Industrial sectors.

Industrial Automation System

 Design of Electronic Control Units based on embedded microcontroller systems.  Design and production of CNC machines prototypes.  Hardware and firmware design for electric bicycle drive.  Data acquisition systems .  Design of a HMI - Human Machine Interface System .  PLC Software development and SCADA Systems.  Wirings design and production.

 Multi-Language Translations.  Printing/Plotting.  3D Printing.  Data entry.  Graphics.  WEB Sites.  WEB Services (E-mail, SEO, SEM etc.) The Services Dept provides Customer Support for all those minor activities indispensable for the completion of the production processes.

The Research & Development Dept, always present and very significant within the Company, enabled the acquisition of new technologies and processes that led to a high level of know-how favoring the consequent creation of innovative products. The developed activities are designed to investigate and pick up the new technologies in order to satisfy both Customer’s and internal needs, proposing new and competitive solutions in collaboration with Research Institutes.
