2014 Fleet Additions

Vessel currently on charter with DeepOcean’s Competitor DeepOcean has chartered the vessel for a period of 7 years starting late 1Q2014



110 m long DP2 vessel with 250 Te. AHC will be lengthened 17m (by owner)



Company owned tracked based trencher T3200 and ROV jet trencher T1000 will be installed on this vessel creating the industry leading trenching spread Rem Ocean



New-build 105m. long DP2 vessel will be

• utfitted with a 50 Te. Module Handling

System, 2 work class ROVs and 1 observation class ROV



DeepOcean has chartered the vessel for a period of 7+ years starting 1Q2014



Vessel will be used on DeepOcean’s new 5 year IMR contract with Statoil Deep Helder



DeepOcean has chartered the vessel for a period of 5 years starting mid 2014



New-build 65m. long DP2 survey vessel will be outfitted with
