Who We Are

Establishment Doğuş Plastic Limited was founded in 1985 in Istanbul as a tool

manufacturer. In the

following years Dogus Plastic has expanded its operations and began to produce plastic parts and components in addition to tool manufacturing business.

Doğuş Plastic gives support to various key industries, dominantly Heating-Cooling Systems, as suppliers. Within these supports; they sustain studies such as design and engineering service for Industrial services, fast prototype support with full-support policy about sector as supplier firm. It registered trademarks of KSİ and KSİ Design in the name of Doğuş Plastic in 2013 for the products which address Industrial Design, Construction Materials and Electrical Goods status.

Doğuş Plastik has ISO-9001 Quality System Certificate since 2010 and this quality standard is implemented with precision. In accordance with the quality objective, the ERP program named MICRO has been using since the beginning of 2008 and due to the success of this program the company's quality objectives become at the highest level possible in production, sales and after-sales services.

Production

Production Facility Dogus Plastik’s manufacturing facilities are in purpose built 4.000 m2 closed area building in Esenyurt, Istanbul. Plastic Injection Parts and Mold Production With our existing plastic injection machines, which varies from 120 to 320 tonnes in clamping pressure, we have the production capacity of 6.000 tonnes plastic per year. KSİdesign Socket System Products Production We produce around 75.000 pcs of Desktop and Underfloor Socket Outlet Systems per year.
