This is a partnership between 3 core partners: • South East of England Development Agency; • Environment Agency; • Waste & Resources Action Programme Additional partners include IESE, GOSE, Defra, SECBE, NISP The partnership business model provides unique advantage: • Access to wide range of skills and expertise • Well established channels of communication • Provide additional funding

  5. Objectives • To change mindsets and practices: Waste Resource • To divert material from landfill in the South East Construction Targets : • By 2011, a 50% reduction of C&D waste to landfill compared to 2008; • By 2020, a 90% reduction of C&D waste to landfill compared to 2008 .
