My relationship with fruits started at small farm in the South of France with its ever changing seasonal colors still vivid in my mind. Countless hours I watched my Italian grandfather with his hands in the soil, planting, watering at night, harvesting. I remember the first time we picked fruits together, the excitement of eating what I had seen him grow. He taught me to respect the land and those who work it and I traveled the world observing the nuances in people and their relationship with nature. In my journey, I search for the perfect bean building relationships with farmers and local communities. With each season I travel to coffee farms in those parts of the world where harvesting occurs; it is a magical time of the year. From the selection of fresh ingredients, to the art of roasting; from an excellent service to the aromas and flavors
- f a perfect cup of coffee, I describe Coperaco as the result of a wonderful journey.
Every cup of coffee is only possible after of a long meticulous process; in every step of the journey Coperaco accompanies the bean to achieve perfection. With every cup of coffee, we hope to bring you along in a personal journey, discovering aromas and flavors of near familiar places and far remote corners of the world. As we like to say “Every cup is a journey”.

We design full scale, custom coffee programs based on each client needs: espresso bar set up, rental/lease of machines and other equipment, maintenance with emergency line 7 days a week, menu development, baristas and espresso bar staff placement and an extensive training on the art of coffee making and our line

MAESTRALE : ESPRESSO BLEND With its bold, flavorful and velvety texture, Maestrale has been conceived as a classic Mediterranean espresso and has been named after the famous wind of the region. Maestrale takes its distinctive character and balanced bouquet from Central and South American Arabicas. Its medium light roast allows all the finesse of this Grand Cru to be expressed: long- lasting toasted almond aroma and chocolate caramel round finish. ALIS : FILTER COFFEE BLEND The component of the Alis house blend is composed of 100% Arabica coffee beans from Central America and Eastern Africa. This unique blend reflects our organizational commitment to sustainable practices at all stages of the coffee
- productions. The blend has a strong
fragrance, a deep aftertaste, and a bold thick body. It also features notes of red fruits. BLOSSOM: DECAFFEINATED BLEND Rich and aromatic, Swiss water process, Blossom decaffeinated blend really tastes like a non-decaf coffee. Its medium dark roast reveals the multiple facets of this smooth, well-balanced and mellow-bodied coffee. The aroma is punctuated with hints of roasted almond that give way to a delicious nutty, fruity finish.

We source coffee beans from the best and most responsible farms in the world while building relationships with the land, supporting the local communities and assisting the farms growing in sustainable ways. We roast in small batches at our micro lot hand roasting plant with our secret recipes. And we provide full coffee solutions to restaurants, hotels and coffee shops including training, menu design, machinery and maintenance. - Emergency phone line open 7 days a week. At first, a technician will
attempt to troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone. If failed, a technician will be dispatched.
- For repairs on coffee machineries (American coffee maker and espresso
maker): labor at no charge, parts at factory cost.
- Monthly routine visit performed by Coperaco.
- It is customer responsibility to provide adequately treated water for
equipment, proper electric power, and plumbing recommendations in accordance with machines technical spreadsheets.
- Coperaco will provide extensive training on the art of coffee making.
Additionally, Coperaco will provide at no charge expertise support
- n menu development (single origin program, locally roasted, organic
certified) and execution.
