Dear Parent/Guardian Re: Year 12 Presentation Ceremony and other important events. The 2019 Presentation Ceremony is fast approaching and preparations for this momentous event are well

underway. This year’s ceremony will be held at Winthrop Hall, University of WA, on Friday October 25 2019,

commencing at 7.00pm. It is hoped that every Year 12 student will be in a position to attend this ceremony having met the School Curriculum and Standards Authority and school requirements in regard to academic requirements and social

responsibilities. It is an expectation of the school that each student’s school charges will be fully paid before

Presentation Evening. The cost of the Presentation Evening this year is $75.00. This payment includes the cost of a Presentation Photo

f all of the Year 12 students, Presentation Sash and Presentation Folder with the relevant certificates. Payment

is required whether the student attends the ceremony or not. Payment must be made to Administration Services office by Tuesday October 15 2019 (Please contact the Admin Services to organise periodic payments if necessary). Other information (in brief)  Guest ticket sales will be available at $30.00 per ticket from the UWA’s Online Ticketing Service and not through the school (See Instructions)

 Year 12 Breakfast will be held on Thursday October 24 2019 at 7.30am. All Year 12 students with Good

Standing status are invited to attend the Farewell Breakfast and this will be followed with the Farewell Assembly at 9.00am.  Students are invited to attend the Final Assembly on the same day (after the breakfast) and Parents are very welcome.  Please return the confirmation slip attached by Tuesday October 15 2019 to enable accurate catering.  Rehearsal: All students attending the Presentation Ceremony must also attend the Presentation rehearsal

n Friday October 25 2019. Please ensure that other commitments are rescheduled. Students must meet

at the front of school no later than 10.00am to board the bus to UWA, and will be back at School by 2.45pm.Students are required to be in full school uniform (including appropriate footwear)  WACE exams commence Wednesday October 30 2019 If you have any queries regarding this event please do not hesitate to contact me at school on 9270 5700.
