Dallas North Tollway Phase 3 • Opened to traffic on September 28, 2007 • 9.6- mile extension from SH SH 121 north to U.S. 380 • All corridor ramps are open open except at County Road 24 and Virginia Parkway • Project Cost: $264 million 6
