Opinion of the engineer

The completion of this proposed ditch petition would: immediately increase the land value of cropland by increasing cropland production, limit the possibility of flooding, and proactively prevent a future major drainage failure of the watershed. Thus, it is the opinion of the engineer that the benefits of this proposed ditch petition would outweigh the costs.
