  8. 2018 Chenin Blanc & Viognier, Clarksburg COMPOSITION: 85% Chenin Blanc, 15% Viognier VINEYARD INFORMATION: Clarksburg appellation is located in the Sacramento Delta and thanks to the rich soils and maritime influence, it is a region that is well- known for producing expressive white wines such as Chenin Blanc and Viognier. WINEMAKING: During the winter leading up to the harvest of 2018, we received a lot of precipitation giving us incredibly vigorous and healthy vines to work with. After picking in early September, the grapes were brought into the winery to be processed. This wine was fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, helping to capture the fresh varietal flavors and bright acidity. Alcohol: 12.5% Cases Produced: 6,000 T.A.: 0.71 g/100ml Release Date: February 2019 pH: 3.2 SRP: $17

  9. 2017 Barbera, Amador County COMPOSITION: 100% Barbera VINEYARD INFORMATION: Barbera is widely planted throughout California, but has only recently graced the stage of single-varietal bottlings. Barbera from sunny Amador County yields an elegant wine with layers of fruit and spice. WINEMAKING: The Terra d’Oro 2017 Barbera was fermented in stainless steel tanks and underwent a total of 40 days on the skins with pumpovers to extract maximum color and flavor from the grapes. Being aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels, 20 percent of which was new, gave the wine its well-integrated aromas of toasty oak. Alcohol: 14.5% Cases Produced: 4,179 T.A.: 0.54 g/100ml Release Date: February 2019 pH: 3.66 SRP: $18
