“Masia Bach” Residential & Golf Club

Nearby residential and golf club project, which originally borrowed the name “Masia Bach”, has an amazing golf course which will improve synergies between both projects. The Club has two golf courses which are considedered some of the best ones in Catalonia. They were designed by world golf champion, José María Olazábal. The fjrst one is a 18-hole, while being very attractive is extremely demanding ideal for competitions; the second one is a 9-hole course and it is fmatter and much easy to play. MASIA BACH INTRODUCTION

Masía Bach (a Country Manor) has its
  • rigen in the 15th Century, known at
that time as Can Estrada. Brothers Pere and Ramón Bach acquired the property in 1915 and in 1918, architect José María Sala designed and directed the construction of an eclectic style mansion. In 1975 the property was acquired by Spain’s oldest winery, Codorniu, and extended the site by building a modern winery. The property has several existing buildings with total area of 23,702 m2, including more than 2,000 m2 of underground cellars. PROJECT PROPOSAL

The new proposal for Masía Bach is a mixed-use Development project which combines football, wine and tourism in a location which is famous for all three of these. We take full advantage of the prestige bestowed on a heritage winery to introduce our methodology of Experience Engineer to develop a new hotel, football academy and a Sport T echnology R&D Center. All new buildings will be perfectly integrated with the winery and the landscape of forest and vineyards. The development is clearly distributed in specifjc areas with a business direction, while being interconnected with each
  • ther in their synergic functions, each will have its own access for optimal operation.
The property has several existing buildings with total area of 23,702 m2, including more than 2,000 m2 of underground
  • cellars. New construction area will be 12,785m2 including 3,000m2 basement for parking and services. T

construction area will be 36,487m2. The land size is 33 hectares, of which 3ha are being used for wine production; 7ha for the hotel and 4ha for the
  • academy. The remaining two-thirds is natural landscape and will include jogging trails and meditation spaces for the
use and enjoyment of everyone.

Coach Certifjcation Program

Our campus will train and certify tutors which will be serve in our football academies around the world (focus will be China and Qatar). Specially designed pedagogy and educational programs for the schooling and instruction of trainers for children aged 8 to 14 years. (Children and Youth coaches) Revenues will come from the funding provided related to the development of the academy franchise. We want to make them feel in a different and unique place that inspires trust, creativity and self -confjdence in a process of which business conversations will naturally take place.
