CURRENT PROGRESS

 SPV has been established as per State Government letter dated 28.09.2016.  Agra has been selected as smart city Second Round on 03.10.2016 out of

27 winning cities.

 Agra Smart City Limited has been registered on 09.01.2017 under

companies act by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

 Area under Smart City : Jama Masjid to Fathehabad Road (2250 Acres) of

14100 Acres i.e. 16%

 9 Wards Covered under ABD i.e Ward 7, 9, 35, 71, 74, 80, 81, 85 and 86.  Population covered under ABD area is 1.46 Lac out of 15.76 Lac (9.26%)  Amount proposed in Agra Smart City Proposal is Rs 2133 Cr (ABD – 1699 Cr

+ PAN City 434 Cr).

 Drashaw co has been selected as PMC and working started with him.  Smart City Mission Account has been opened in Punjab National Bank and

ASCL Bank Account has been opened with HDFC Bank.

 M/S Sadana and Associates has been appointed for C.A and start working.  General Manager has been appointed and start working.  GAIL has been committed to invest Rs 10 Cr. for Solid Waste Management in

ABD area
