The Accreditation Standards are Organized as Follows:

• Standard I —Mission, Academic Quality and Institutional Effectiveness, and Integrity, which is organized

around these themes: Institutional Mission (I.A), Academic Quality and Institutional Effectiveness (I.B), and Institutional Integrity (I.C).

• Standard II —Student Learning Programs and Services, which is organized around these themes: Instructional

Programs (II.A), Library and Learning Support Services (II.B), and Student Support Services (II.C).

• Standard III —Resources, which is organized around these themes: Human Resources (III.A), Physical

Resources (III.B), Technology Resources (III.C), and Financial Resources (III.D).

Spring 2019 Committee formation and training August 1 – December 20: Provide Outlines with evidence for each Standard January 1 – March 1: Update any policies or plans

governance processes. Begin college reviews draft of District Wrap Around June 1-30: Ensure Website is updated with any changed policies, plans etc. continue reviewing draft May 1-June 1: Clean up and continue reviewing draft July 30: Final Complete Draft submitted to Colleges

Time line for Submission to the Board of Trustees:

• College ISER Final Draft September 30, 2020
• First Read to PCCD Board of Trustees October 27,2020
• Second Read to PCCD Board of Trustees November 10, 2020
