  13. 12/10/2018 Finding My Recovery Developed from Volunteer’s desire to make recovery real for individuals who have spent much of their lives struggling with addiction and mental illness. The desire for the website was to build and strengthen individuals from within and to trust that change can occur. With the help of Finding My Recovery and a Recovery Coach, our participating individuals are learning to follow a path filled with a positive healthy lifestyle and transformation that is giving HOPE!! Finding My Recovery began 2011 Total members: 507 Since 2011 Finding My Recovery has completed 5,440 Chat Sessions totaling 3,861 Hours Last Month Alone there were 177 chat sessions totaling 98 Hours 13

  14. 12/10/2018 Finding My Recovery A positive, strengths-focused website to support individuals in recovery from co-occurring disorders. It is also a recovery focused social media outlet, that is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The Goal of Finding My Recovery Provide peer to peer recovery support and coaching for individuals with co-occurring disorders in the state of Tennessee-closing the gap by offering a technology-driven alternative support for those with limited access to services . 14

Finding My Recovery Finding My Recovery The Virtual Peer Support Center Through Finding My Recovery we provide chat room support services for our participants by: Maintaining and updating the addiction and recovery information pages of • the Finding My Recovery website; • Conducting on-line group meetings focused on recovery from addiction; • Monitoring participant pages and blogs for adherence to the principles of recovery and for any signs that the participants may need additional recovery support; and • If necessary, provide referrals to crisis services as needed 15
