SC TIEFBAU was founded on earnestnessness and devotion, specialized on civil, tunnel, road and railroad engineering. Despite the hard economic times, we managed to prosper and to expand our activity. Honesty,integrity and devotion brought us on our current standing and will continue to guide our steps in the future. From tunneling, highways, railroads, civil buildings, bridges, to bank vaults, you name it. We have build everything! We have managed to reach our current reputation because we have the best and qualifjed work team. ESO SUPERNOVA GARCHING

Current: Visit of the German construction press 09.10.2015; Webcam: Webcam1 + Webcam2; Core data: approx. 8,000 m² special formwork;

  • Approx. 1,000 tons of reinforced steel;
  • Approx. 5.100 m³ of concrete.

Execution 2015 /2016 Construction: Highly complex civil engineering with individual, 3D shell curved walls. The outer shells are provided with ramps towards the inner core. The completion of the individual bowls is made over the last fmoor. The special formwork consists of base grids. The building is done using reusable and disposable moldings. The concept and the building was done, using the developed last tower. Using a smart logistic, the construction was made in a very economic way.

Complete underfmoor as a “white basin”, with heights of up to 6.80 m high-quality exposed concrete surfaces:

  • SB3 visible concrete: Inside the elevators, with lathe inserts;
  • SB4 visible concrete: all arrow projections and support,as well as

the entire portal wall; Concrete brightening by adding 3% titanium dioxide.

Competition 2012, Study It was the task of the architects to create a new administrative building of 3-5 fmoors of the exciting Audi AG headquarter in Ingolstadt. Due to its amazing appearance and structure, the building is able to adapt to the surrounding environment. The highly fmexible and communicative offjce building

Messe München GmbH created two new exhibition halls, with connecting structures between north and south. The buildings are located on the former airport grounds from Munich-Riem. The new building was made to be a complete and complex project, regarding the existing hall structure of Messe München. The building is also oriented in a constructive, creative way, using the best materials for the entire construction. The Beuren tunnel in the Esslingen District of Baden-Württemberg is a 399 m long, one-lane road tunnel. The tunnel is part of the Beuren site bypass in the course of the L 1210. Construction began in 2003 and the tunnel was released on 25 February 2005. The client was the state of Baden-Württemberg. 200 m of the tunnel were built in an open way and 199 m in a mining style. The total cost of the measures for the Beirut bypass (including tunnel) amounted to around € 15 million.

A 1 MILANO-NAPOLI Highway Barberino di Mugello Aglio Passage

This was done with a balanced cantilever construction (Dywidag). The Aglio viaduct, consisting of 2 shore spans of 77m and 3 central spans of a total of 444 m (148 m in total) is certainly the main aspect of the project. All spans are variable in cross-section, the vertical supports have over 80 m high. This project requires the construction of a new highway section of 6.2 km, a roadway with three lanes. The work includes the construction of 3 tun- nels (Manganaccia, Alteta and Puliana) with a total length of 3.5 km, an artifjcial tunnel of 210 m, 3 steel viaducts (Lora, Fiumicello and Sieve) with a total length

  • f 1.2 km and an Viaduct - called ‘Aglio’ after the river

that fmows under it - from 598m.
