  3. • We define "comparing two images" as finding differences or similarities between two images • Differences may be quantitative or qualitative • Comparing images may be useful if finding differences or similarities is relevant to the problem being analyzed • Image processing is a collection of methods which includes techniques for enhancing image quality to the point where relevant data can be extracted from a comparison

  4. How can I compare two photos? In 1.5 minutes be ready to compare and contrast the two photographs: 1.Give a brief description of the two photos (action, location) 2.Say what the pictures have in common. 3.Say what in what way the pictures are different. 4.Say which of the activities presented in the pictures you'd prefer. 5.Explain why.

  5. ROLE PLAY Role-playing is the changing of one's behaviour to assume a role, either unconsciously to fill a social role, or consciously to act out an adopted role. While the Oxford English Dictionary offers a definition of role-playing as "the changing of one's behaviour to fulfill a social role",in the field of psychology, the term is used more loosely in four senses: • To refer to the playing of roles generally such as in a theatre, or educational setting; • To refer to taking a role of a character or person and acting it out with a partner taking someone else's role, often involving different genres of practice; • To refer to a wide range of games including role-playing video game (RPG), play-by-mail games and more; • To refer specifically to role-playing games.
