Regarding Student Safety

Chaperone Packets Include

1. List of students (bus, room number, cell phone number, room mates) 2. Chaperone numbers including emergency contacts: Mr. Allen and another designated Kings chaperone. 3. Itineraries with specific instructions for each part of the trip. 4. Medical information w/ proper medication procedure 5. All night hotel security 

  • Students never are by

themselves!

  • Students have emergency phone

numbers distributed before the first stop! We encourage cell phones 

  • All medications must have a form filled out by a
  • doctor. These will be organized by Mrs. Garchar

and distributed and recorded by a bus captain.

  • If there are any specific concerns related to

medical issues , see Mr. Allen either tonight or in the near future.

based on quad occupancy

  • Groups of two to three are

likely to be assigned room mates to meet this condition of the contract.

  • 1. 30 Days or more – Kings

retains 20% of the initial payment (deposit)

  • 2. 14 – 29 days out – Kings

retains 25% of the total trip plus any pre-paid reservations.

  • 3. 13 days or less – Kings

retains 50% of the total cost
