■ APA sends reminder list of cases on each jurist’s NA docket week prior with names of APAs on duty each day and caseworker names for each case. ■ Referee sends docket chart with notes on specific cases referee has questions about or determines hearing is needed on some cases. ■ Notices go to: – Attorneys, APAs, and L-GALs – DHHS director, supervisors

■ Attorneys request Zoom hearing by 5:00 day prior. ■ Invitations sent to attorneys for Zoom hearings. ■ Attorneys responsible to contact clients, forward invitations.
