 The end result is an exact replication of the 3D

building assembly.

Key Building Technology

 The building structural elements are made

from laser profiled structural steel tube members that facilitate the connection of the building frame, claddings, linings and the installation of all its internal services to millimetre accuracy.

 Our building floors, walls, ceilings & roof

elements are airtight cavities, achieved through a structural bonding process that allows climate controlled AC to operate within these cavities and eliminate the transfer of heat and cold into the rooms of the building.

 Roofs are fully integrated with solar panels

generating power and reticulated hot water.

3D Performance

 We link seamlessly to global

architectural software Rivet & ArchiCAD.

 We build 3D building assemblies of the

required components and have those manufactured to worlds best practises.

 Reverse packaging of the buildings with

3D shipping models allows smart logistics that ensures fast & efficient on site installation.

 We totally eliminate local sourcing of

building components.

 At the same time, we use the 3D data to

produce Virtual Reality models that are embedded in every home automation system.

 Smart controls provide occupiers with a

real sense of living in a 21st century building.
