Who we are and what we do
We are an organization that helps current and former student-athletes transition from collegiate athletics to a career of their choice. Resume/LinkedIn Building Career Path Discussions and Mentorship Interview Preparation & Potential Introductions to Prospective Companies Through 1 on 1 coaching we help athletes with every step of the career planning process including:
Grew up in Chino Hills, CA Played softball at UCLA, 2011-2013 seasons Medically retired senior year (very familiar with unexpected and abrupt identity change) Graduated in 2014 with a Degree in Political Science Landed a District Manager Trainee job after graduation and pursued a career in operations management
Who am I?
Identified My Motivators
As an athlete, I took pride in my work-ethic, ability to lead and being the communication liaison between my athletic department, coaches and teammates.
Picked a Career Path
I then focused my career search on positions that would allow me to utilize my unique strengths and skillsets that I acquired through years of balancing academics and athletics and started applying.
Proved I Was The Strongest Candidate for the Job WITHOUT Business Experience or a Business Degree

Situation: Competing with teammates for a starting position. Action: Balancing the personal desires to "win a spot" with the
everyday while still rooting for your teammates to do well even if that means the starting spot. Result: Most games I started but in the games I wasn't on the field I would find another way to produce, be productive and contribute to overall success of the team (Elaborate on a specific example here/how I made a difference).
