Construction Update • Poured concrete for footings and foundation walls for Classroom Addition • Installed in-ground sanitary plumbing piping and electrical conduits in preparation of concrete slab at Classroom Addition • Placed and compacted soil and stone bed in preparation for concrete slab pour • Installed vapor barrier and slab reinforcement • Poured concrete slab for Classroom Addition • Received delivery for cold metal framing and commenced work on perimeter walls

Construction Update • Performed abatement and demolition of boilers: 66% • Formed and poured concrete pads for new boilers: 66% • Received boiler sections and relocated material to boiler room for assembly • Existing sanitary system at Cafeteria Addition remediation: 100% • Installation of new sanitary structures and interconnecting piping at Cafeteria Addition: 95% • Commenced excavation for foundation walls at Cafeteria Addition

Construction Update • Termination of feeders at new transformer in driveway: 60% • PSEG installed pole for new electrical service to transformer • Delivered new panelboards to electric room in basement • Commenced asbestos abatement operations at 2 nd floor classrooms • New Storm Drainage Installation: 60% • Working on drainage system for new courtyard by locker room • Completed foundations and concrete slab for East Connecting Corridor

  18. Minority / Women / Local Business Involvement Elite Construction has been actively meeting with each contractor on a weekly basis to examine their contract and workforce program. The contractors and consultants affiliated with the project are making a “Good Faith Effort” to achieve the District’s goals. • As the project continues, different skills will be required and personnel currently assigned to the project will be modified accordingly. • Individuals are required to obtain their OSHA 10 hour certification and provide to our office. • Individuals are also required to be part of the Local Unions that will man this project: (Carpenters, Brick Masons, Laborers, Abatement, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical )

Project Scope for MS • 12 classroom addition with connection to existing building • Café addition-standard construction • Alterations to existing kitchen/cafeteria • Roof replacement and masonry • Mechanical system: replacement and abatement • Plumbing with abatement • Alterations-Increase corridor width, handicapped toilets and handicapped access throughout building

Construction Update • Middle School Existing Roof Replacement Project – Contract was awarded to Niko K Construction – Work is scheduled to commence on July 15, 2019 – Contract is scheduled for Summers of 2019 and 2020 – Contract requires abatement, masonry reconstruction and roof replacement of all existing surfaces – Requires coordination with prime contractors on Middle School Additions and Alterations Project • Middle School Additions and Alterations Project – Project is currently out of bidding – Bids due date to be established; Anticipate bid opening prior to August 31, 2019
