£12.4bn of public sector procurement spend channelled through our commercial arrangements frameworks: £6bn from central government £6.4bn from the wider public sector £725m commercial benefits savings achieved: £430m for central government £295m for the wider public sector All 32 of the Government’s Strategic Suppliers have now signed the Prompt Payment Code We work with over 17,000 customer organisations in the public sector and our services are provided by more than 5,000 suppliers.

Our Journey

HMRC let Framework Framework let by HMRC for the structural reorganisation

  • f their 170 offices that will

be reoriented into 13 modern Regional Centres. The Framework was also scoped to be used by Central Government and Wider Public Sector as means of meeting their strategic estates vision and

  • bjectives.

Novation to CCS

HMRC novated the Framework over to CCS to manage in June 2018.

What is Fit Out?

  • 'Fit out' is the process of making interior spaces suitable for occupation.
  • This could include the purchase of floors, stairs, internal and external walls, windows,

electricals, lighting, santitory and disposal, and heating. This can be categorised as Cat A and Cat B in the example below: .

What does Fit Out provide?

  • Compliance with latest EU and Publics Contract Regulation
  • Supports adherence to Government Construction Strategy 2016-2020 objectives
  • Provides access to refurbishment and fit out services and work for new and existing office

space.

  • The Framework Agreement is eligible to be used by Central Government and the Wider

Public Sector departments.

  • The framework value within the OJEU notice is £1bn over 4 year period.
