Colleges do not accept “D” grades in core classes

What is Credit Recovery
F Grade = No credit If you fail a core class, you MUST meet with your counselor to
make a plan on how to recover the credit to graduate.

Two 18 week long semesters, 1st semester ends at the end of

IB classes are the most challenging courses offered at GHS for Juniors and Seniors. IB Program Options:

Take 4 years of a World Language Forecast for Honors Classes in English, Math, & Science Forecast Honors Geography Take IB Tests and Earn college credit

Forecasting Step By Step
1.
Fill out Forecasting Sheet with your name and ID #.
2.
Research classes more: use Course Planning Guide
- r ask your school counselor for help
3.
Finish filling out forecasting form completely
4.
Get signatures from your parent/guardian (required) and teachers (for classes marked with a ).
5.
On your forecasting day: enter class choices online and turn in form
Forecast Sheet
1.
Fill in personal info at top of sheet.

Mark classes with an “X.”
3.
Mark Alternates in order: A1, A2, A3.
4.
Plan for 7 seven credits!
5.
Classes with a need teacher signatures.
6.
Pay attention to ** pre-requisites (for example: you must take Drawing 1 before taking Drawing 2)
