C o n c l u s i o n s :

Improving cooperation between ALIMS and government institutions, industry, health care organizations and the citizens, through the integration

  • f e-health, e-government, e-pharmacy will result in general benefit for the

country, partners and citizens.

It is achieved through:

  • Electronic communication and public presentation of information
  • Electronic submission of clients and citizens applications/requirements in

the future

  • Training of general public, as well as experts and professionals

There are some challenges:

  • Progress in e-integration processes
  • Regulatory development at the country level
  • Financial aspects of future projects
