At Candour Turnkey Solutions we have written the book on Project Management by developing our own Step-by-Step guide to Managing to a Successful Projects. This manual was developed to guide our project team through corporate project management methodology using the best global practices but refining it to suit our local environment. It covers the project life cycle from Initiation to Planning to Execution & Control and to the Closeout. We have also created a toolkit for our projects managers that include documents and templates pre-designed to make the sharing of information consistent in all our projects.
