Waverly Elementary School Project Overview • A complete systemic renovation of the existing building, including new mechanical, electrical, and IT systems • Grade cluster teaching stations reconfigured into self-contained classrooms • Construction of an addition for the administration area providing a security vestibule and a COMAR compliant health suite • Construction of classroom additions to address current and projected enrollment PARTNERS IN LEARNING
