There is a limited amount of scholarship money available to offset the cost of the Washington D.C. trip for families who are in need of financial assistance. There is a financial aid form which is available in the main office and will be posted online in the Washington DC link on the Middle School webpage. Please fill out the form and return it no later than OCTOBER 17th to Mr. Getman’s office There will be NO FULL SCHOLARSHIPS awarded this year. FUNDRAISER: This fall our 8th grade class will be participating in a “Fundraising Drive” with Meadow Farms, Inc. This
is a big event to offset our Washington DC trip and we would like everyone to participate. Please help us by taking orders from friends, relatives and co-workers. THE BROCHURE that your child will receive on October 21st will provide a variety of items including candy, household and holiday gift items.
SALE STARTS: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2016 (informational meeting with kids) SALE ENDS: MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2016
STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE a percentage of their sales to offset the cost of their trip. These percentages will be outlined in the brochures that are sent home.

Students must have a medical form submitted for this trip!
Students that need medication must have their medication brought to school and given to
medical form and medication. These forms will be distributed at the parent meeting in the spring. NO ROOM GROUPS OR BUS ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE MADE UNTIL MEDICAL FORMS ARE RECEIVED. Medical forms are needed for all medication including, TYLENOL, ADVIL, TUMS, MOTION SICKNESS MEDICATION etc….. Students with medical needs will be travelling on bus with nurse.
