The results are ripe wines that have been improved thanks to a long process of letting the wines mature in winery and in the bottle. Age worthy wines that have lost their youth exuberance and come to a new stage where they show a complex, balanced and exquisite taste. After eighteen years as Technical Manager of the Denomination of Origin Ribeiro I changed my job but not my profession and passion and I started a new exciting project that consist in developing high quality wines from the different traditional areas of viticulture in Galicia. Wines with a different character, that innovate and at the same time recover the traditional ways, using my
- wn
experience and professional perspective took me to the conclusion and the conviction that the future of the Galician wines is to go back to the past and this project tries to achieve that. With the objective of recovering the real character of the wines of this land, using a lost way of producing during the eighteenth century, but at the same time using ecological and new oenological methods always respectful with the environment, I have achieved to made wines with their own personality and at the same time they express like no one the character of the agro-climatic
- environment. Wines that are different and at the same time traditional. Wines than can be a long time in
a bottle because their Atlantic character and the way of producing the grapes and the wine, and as result, the wines are better than the typical well known Galician young wines.

AGE-WORTHY WHITE WINE
Long distance wine made of a meditated mix of preparations and different native grapes by the appellation of origin Ribeiro. Renacido comes from a tense calm and the quiet that gives you overcoming and reconciliation with your own origins. I introduce you a good friend with a strong character; it is mature and complex, let it open and it will let you know its interesting story.

Native Grapes: Treixadura 85%, Godello 10%, Albariño y Lado 5%. Climate: Atlantic in transition to continental Exposure: Steep hillsides and terraces, the south and southweest facing orientation. Height: Of 500 to 800 Ft. Soils: 60% granite sand texture, 30% sandy loam texture of schists, 10% frank texture of sedimentary origin. Elaboration and aging: Cold maceration and subsequent fermentation at low temperature (without malolactic fermentation), slow ripening and refining in cellar, with work in French oak woods on its fine lees.

RENACIDO: Delicate, honest and complex. It is presented with bright lemon yellow tones and green reflections. It displays aromas of ripe fruit and pastry, with aromatic herbs and honey. In mouth it is unctuous, saline and mineral, with intense structure. Perfect companion of fish and seafood, preserves, smoked or salted fish, white meats, cured ham and white sausages... Delicious with fried eggs.

Native Grapes: Mencía 85%, Garnacha old vines 10%, Sousón, Brancellao and Caiño 5%. Climate: Continental con influencia atlántica, con carácter de montaña mediana. Exposure: Hillside with northwest and east orientations. Height: 350-400 m Soils: 50% clay loam texture of slates and schists and 50% clay loam texture by alluvial formation on terrace. Elaboration and aging: Fermentation with partial carbonic and malolactic maceration in a steel tank at a controlled temperature, slow ripening in the cellar with subtle work of French

Native Grapes: Godello 90%. Loureira 10%, Climate: Continental zone with Atlantic and mountain influence. Exposure: Light slope with northwest orientation and average height of 430 meters. Soils: 75% sandy loam texture of granite origin and 25% clay loam texture of sediment origin. Elaboration and aging: Cryo Maceration (Loureira) and slow fermentation at low temperature (Without Malolactic). Long maturation and refining in cellar with fine lees and used wood from Hungarian oak with light toasting. Storage at < 59 ºF and Server at 50 ºF Bottlel in november of 2017 – Prouction limited to 2.500 bottle

LUXURIA: Seductive and elegant delicacy. It is presented with bright pale yellow tones and green reflections. It has floral and citrus aromas, with a background of aromatic herbs and stone fruits, seasoned with sweet and toasted spices. The palate is fresh and vibrant while tasty and delicate, with hints of spices and pastries. Perfect accompaniment with fish and seafood with delicate elaborations, vegetables, foie mi-cuit, salads, carpaccio of meat or fish, fruits and desserts of measured sweetness.
