Dear Junior Food Technologists, I am pleased to inform you that your team has been short- listed by world renowned food company ABC Food Industries to participate in its annual Best Junior Food Technologists Team Award

promotion as Senior Food Technologists should you succeed in meeting its requirements. Your team will be assessed on both practical and theoretical aspects of food science. Your team would be required to produce a bread product. An

A month is given for each team to prepare for this world renowned competition. This preparation is essential and crucial as you will need to get your original recipe and ingredients ready.
